Paraplanning Opportunities at Progeny

We are seeking a skilled Paraplanner to support our Financial Planners in delivering exceptional client outcomes. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in creating and compiling high-quality financial planning reports, conducting research on financial strategies, and utilizing your industry knowledge to support our clients' goals and aspirations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with Financial Planners to research and analyze client needs and objectives.
  • Prepare comprehensive client financial plans and suitability reports, including annual reviews, new business, and ad hoc advice reports.
  • Develop and maintain documentation to support recommendations and justify provider and product choices.
  • Present technical data to Financial Planners in a clear and concise manner.
  • Compile cash flow models as required for the advice process.
Requirements
  • CII Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent, with a strong interest in pursuing Chartered Status.
  • Proven experience in a paraplanning role within an advisory practice.
  • Extensive knowledge of key areas of financial planning, including investment planning, pre/at retirement planning, personal and business protection, and estate/Inheritance Tax planning.
  • Strong understanding of technical calculations and ability to work independently on complex planning.
  • Ability to interpret complex planning into clear, concise, and personalized reports.
