About the Role:
We are looking for a qualified and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to work with us in our busy department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion, with minimum supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Run and manage a full caseload of files from instruction through to post completion
- Deal with sales, purchase, re-mortgages, and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties
- Manage your own caseload and contribute to the development of the department
