About the Job

  • You will play a key role in the inspection, monitoring, and assessment of bridges, identifying areas requiring repair or maintenance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, providing expert advice on bridge maintenance and ensuring project deliverables meet their expectations.
  • Work collaboratively with other engineers and stakeholders to deliver projects efficiently, meeting deadlines and budgets.
  • Take ownership of tasks related to bridge design, including strengthening and refurbishment schemes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of engineers in delivering projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budgets.
  • Support with project management activities, such as work winning and client-facing tasks.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to bridge maintenance and repair.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders, conveying complex technical information clearly.
