Electrical Contracts Manager

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to oversee electrical service, repairs, installation, and maintenance programmes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage electrical service delivery, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and standards.
  2. Negotiate with clients, customers, sub-contractors, and suppliers to deliver high-quality services.
  3. Supervise and manage electrical engineers and supervisors to achieve project goals.
  4. Continuously develop personal and professional skills within the electrical industry.

Requirements:

  1. City & Guilds IET Regulations BS7671 (Current Version)
  2. City & Guilds 2394 & 2395 or 2391 Testing and Inspection
  3. City & Guilds 2360 Pt. 1 & Pt. 2, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
  4. Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) Card, if appropriate
  5. Full current UK clean driving licence
  6. Clean DBS
  7. Android or IOS mobile phone for work purposes

Additional Requirements:

  1. Report any electrical faults, water leakage, or environmental concerns to the Divisional M&E Manager.
  2. Adhere to the Sustainability Policy Statement and Plan to minimize environmental impact.
