Pioneer Minister

We are seeking a dynamic and creative leader to join our team as Pioneer Minister - Youth and Young Adults Leader. As a key member of our staff team, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing our strategy for youth and young adults in the Parish of Haven Church Gosport.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and leading youth and young adults ministry across the parish
• Collaborating with the Priest-in-Charge, Team Vicar, and staff team to achieve our vision for youth and young adults
• Supporting creative ministry across the parish and furthering the development of fresh expressions of church

We are looking for someone who is passionate about youth and young adults ministry, has a strong track record of leadership and innovation, and is committed to working in partnership with our existing partners to reach the 99% of Gosport who have no meaningful contact with the church.
