Job Title: Temporary Cook

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Temporary Cook to join our team at a Nursing Home in the Coleraine area. This is a full-time role working 5 days out of 7 on a rotational basis with shifts being 8am - 5pm.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning menus, preparing and cooking meals, ordering stock, maintaining records, and following all food hygiene guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and prepare meals for residents
  • Order and manage stock
  • Maintain accurate records
  • Ensure compliance with food hygiene guidelines
Requirements:
  • Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Previous experience as a Cook
  • Knowledge of different dietary requirements
  • Flexible with the ability to work weekends
  • Willingness to undergo an Access NI check
