Role Overview

As a Field Service Technician at Virgin Media O2, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our network. This role requires a high level of technical expertise, as well as excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Install and maintain our network infrastructure, including fibre optic cables and equipment
* Troubleshoot and repair technical issues, both in the field and in our offices
* Collaborate with our technical team to identify and resolve complex problems
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* A UK Manual driving licence with no more than 8 points
* Ability to work at heights and in all weather conditions
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
