About the Position

We are recruiting a dedicated Counsellor to join our team, working with victims of sexual abuse. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by trauma.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions for child and adult survivors of sexual abuse.
  • Conduct therapeutic assessments and develop individualised plans.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive support network.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy to at least Diploma Level 4.
  • Significant experience working with child and adult victim groups.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Registration with a relevant professional body.
