About the Position
We are recruiting a dedicated Counsellor to join our team, working with victims of sexual abuse. This role offers a challenging yet rewarding opportunity to make a difference in the lives of those affected by trauma.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver one-to-one counselling sessions for child and adult survivors of sexual abuse.
- Conduct therapeutic assessments and develop individualised plans.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide a comprehensive support network.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A recognised qualification in counselling or psychotherapy to at least Diploma Level 4.
- Significant experience working with child and adult victim groups.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Registration with a relevant professional body.
