About the Role

The Entrepreneurship Programmes Manager will oversee the development and implementation of a suite of extracurricular entrepreneurial programmes to inspire students, staff, and alumni to begin and progress on their entrepreneurial journey. Working closely with the Entrepreneurship leadership team, they will build the pipeline between our early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator and be a key-player in promoting the ethos of entrepreneurship at UCL.

About You

The post holder will be a highly organised individual, with a professional attitude, committed to developing themselves and their team. They will understand the importance and value of developing entrepreneurial skills for the broad spectrum, and ever-changing needs of UCL students, staff, and recent graduates. They will be able to implement strategic decisions using a flexible working approach, along with a strong attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a suite of extracurricular entrepreneurial programmes
  • Build the pipeline between early-stage programmes and the Hatchery Incubator
  • Work closely with the Entrepreneurship leadership team
  • Manage a team that develops and delivers extracurricular entrepreneurship programmes
