We are seeking a skilled Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team at The Recruiter Ltd. As a key member of our insurance brokerage, you will be responsible for administering renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and develop client relationships to drive business growth
- Administer renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business to ensure seamless client experience
- Identify opportunities for new business and develop strategies to capture them
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to their needs and concerns
- Regularly review and update systems and records to ensure accuracy and efficiency
Requirements:
We are looking for a candidate with experience in personal lines broking or handling, with a strong focus on client service and business development. Cert CII or similar qualifications are advantageous, and the ability to work towards them is a plus.
