Sales Coordinator

Bennett & Game Recruitment is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team in the Wolverhampton area.
- Process sales orders and manage customer inquiries.
- Book new RFQs and update the system with quoted business.
- Manage price amendments on the MRP system and maintain accurate records.
- Compile weekly and monthly reports on Sales Team KPIs and present findings to the team.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams to resolve internal and customer queries.
- Provide mainline switchboard support and handle international shipping arrangements.
- Review contracts and conduct drawing control checks.
- Compile cross-functional team KPIs and departmental presentations.
- Communicate directly with customers and smaller accounts.
- Assist with project handover meetings and raise manual delivery notes as needed.
- Liaise with the Sales Team to resolve outstanding queries.
- Utilize customer portals for data downloads and maintain accurate records.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Previous experience in a sales administration role.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
