Cancer Care Specialist

**Role Overview**
We are seeking a highly skilled Cancer Care Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care to patients with haematological and solid tumour conditions.
The successful candidate will have extensive experience in administering chemotherapy treatments, cannulating patients, and undertaking clinical assessments. You will also be qualified in administering cytotoxic drugs and have a strong understanding of patient-focused care.

In this role, you will work closely with patients, carers, and stakeholders to provide tailored support and care. You will also contribute to building lasting relationships with patients and their families.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer a range of haematological and solid tumour chemotherapy treatments as defined in the patient's care plan
- Undertake clinical assessments and develop comprehensive care plans
- Provide holistic, one-to-one care to patients in their own homes
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care
