As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for participating in all branch processes and establishing strong relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals. Your role will involve assisting in the delivery of all pharmacy services where appropriate, promoting excellent customer service and ensuring a seamless patient experience.
Job Description
We are looking for someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and has a keen interest in pharmacy practice. You will be working in a fast-paced environment, interacting with customers on a daily basis, and being an ambassador for Rowlands Pharmacy within the community.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the delivery of all pharmacy services, including dispensing medication, providing health advice, and maintaining accurate records.
- Establish strong relationships with customers, patients, and healthcare professionals through effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive work environment by demonstrating self-motivation, initiative, and teamwork.
Salary and Benefits
We offer a competitive hourly rate of £15.50 per hour, reflecting the importance of this role in supporting the delivery of high-quality pharmacy services. In addition, we provide comprehensive training and development opportunities to help you grow your career in pharmacy.
Requirements
- Experience of working in a customer-focused environment, preferably in a healthcare setting.
- Able to demonstrate self-motivation, initiative, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
- Possess good interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, patients, and colleagues.
- Able to prioritize workload, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
