About the Role:


We are seeking an experienced and passionate Carpentry and Joinery teacher to join our dedicated team at Tameside College.


Key Responsibilities:


As a Carpentry and Joinery teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and learning programmes, using a range of strategies and learning styles to meet the needs of our learners.


You will assess learner progress, devise assessment processes, and contribute to the development of the Carpentry and Joinery curriculum.


Requirements:


We are looking for an individual with a Level 2 qualification in Literacy and Numeracy, a Level 3 qualification in Carpentry and/or Joinery, and a Level 4 teaching qualification, such as a Certificate in Education or PGCE.
