Building Surveyor

Our client, a leading property and building control specialist, is seeking a highly skilled Chartered Building Surveyor to join their team in Southampton. With a focus on condition and asset surveys, this role offers a unique opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop your skills in project management, contract administration, and building survey.
Key Responsibilities:- Contract administration and management
- Design and specification of building and remedial works
- NEC Supervisor training and certification
- Surveys, including condition, technical due diligence, and pre-acquisition assessments
- Identifying and mitigating project risks and opportunities, ensuring project governance and quality assurance
- Development of business opportunities with existing and new clients
