Job Description

The Royal Cornwall Hospitals NHS Trust is seeking an experienced Senior Data Officer to join their team. This is a senior-level position that requires a high level of data management expertise, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

In this role, you will provide oversight of junior members of the data team, ensuring that all data captured and input by junior staff meets quality standards. You will also be responsible for delegating tasks and providing guidance to junior staff as needed.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management principles and practices, as well as experience working in a healthcare setting. They will be able to communicate effectively with staff at all levels, including clinical teams and external stakeholders.

This is a full-time position, with an estimated salary of £40,000 - £55,000 per year. Benefits include flexible working arrangements, opportunities for professional development, and a supportive work environment.
