Key Responsibilities
  • Project Support
    • Collaborate with project teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
    • Provide administrative support to project managers and teams, including scheduling, reporting, and tracking.
    • Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans, timelines, and budgets.
  • Communication and Coordination
    • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and vendors.
    • Coordinate project meetings, calls, and other activities as required.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of project progress, including status reports, meeting minutes, and other relevant documents.
    • Ensure that all project documentation is properly stored and easily accessible.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed.
    • Contribute to the development of best practices and procedures for project support.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Degree in a related field, such as business administration, project management, or a related field.
    • 1-2 years of experience in a project support role or a related field.
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel, and other project management tools.
    • Security Clearance (SC) eligibility.
