Job OverviewWe are seeking a highly skilled Sustainability and Compliance Professional to join our team in Farnborough, Hampshire. This is an 18-month contract position with the possibility of leading to a permanent role.
Key Responsibilities- Supporting and developing the business's management systems.
- Working with the EHS and Facilities team to ensure compliance to EHS legislation.
- Reviewing and improving current working practices with regards to Health and Safety.
- Conducting and supporting risk assessments.
- Supporting environmental sustainability improvements in line with L3HUK targets.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- HND/ Degree level qualification in a Science, Engineering, Business or Sustainability Discipline.
- Good analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills and the ability to conduct root cause analyses and devise suitable corrective action plans.
- Experience using a wide range of root cause analysis tools.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, plus benefits including:
- Flexible, condensed or reduced working hours considered and hybrid working where possible.
- 25 days holiday per year (plus bank holidays), increasing with long service and with the opportunity to buy/sell up to 5 days.
