Job Description
As a hairstylist at Supercuts, you will provide exceptional guest service, understanding their needs, providing quality consultations, and performing services requested in an efficient and professional manner. You will also be responsible for administrative tasks such as completing transactions on the computerized register, performing close-out procedures, and light housekeeping duties.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by state/provincial regulations. You should be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, and possess excellent communication skills. Physical requirements include standing for sustained periods of time, frequent lifting up to 10 pounds, and continuous repetitive movement with fingers, hands, wrists, and arms.
