Financial Director

Futures Manufacturing is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to lead our finance team and drive the company's financial performance forward.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the finance team and manage the financial reporting process, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of financial information to stakeholders.
- Develop and implement financial processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness, including cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Work closely with the Managing Director and other senior leaders to develop and implement business strategies, including financial planning and forecasting.
- Provide accounting advice and guidance to other departments and teams, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and policies.
- Manage and maintain relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders.
- Drive business growth and improvement through financial analysis, reporting, and planning.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in financial leadership and management, with a strong track record of driving financial performance and improvement.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with financial systems, including Sage and other accounting software.
