About the Role
A highly skilled Service Engineer is sought to join our depot in Carlisle. The ideal candidate will have previous mechanical experience and a strong understanding of diesel engines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for servicing and repairing equipment within the depot or on customer sites.

Your Responsibilities
Assisting in the maintenance and repair of plant equipment, particularly pumps, within the depot
Carrying out major repairs on equipment that requires advanced technical expertise
Refurbishing end-of-life equipment to bring it back to an as-new condition

The Ideal Candidate
Previous mechanical experience or completed apprenticeship in the mechanical field
NVQ3 or suitable Apprenticeship
Knowledge of diesel engines
Good working knowledge of EHSQ (Environmental Health and Safety and Quality) procedures
Strong time management skills
UK driving license
