Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and possesses excellent leadership skills. As a Luxury Service Manager, you will oversee a team of wait staff, work closely with the kitchen, and ensure that every guest has a memorable experience.

  • Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional service standards and attention to detail.
  • Manage staff schedules, provide training, and conduct performance evaluations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and partners to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements

To be successful as a Luxury Service Manager, you should possess:

  • A passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel or high-end restaurant setting.
  • A degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
