About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for a skilled MFL Teacher to join our team at an oversubscribed, "Good" Ofsted-rated secondary school in Derby. As a key member of our MFL department, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality lessons that inspire and challenge students to achieve their best in both spoken and written communication.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging French and Spanish lessons across KS3 and KS4, incorporating a range of teaching methods and resources to cater to different learning styles.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement curriculum plans, ensuring seamless progression from KS3 to KS4.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievement, using data to inform teaching and improve outcomes.
Requirements:
- A qualified MFL Teacher with experience teaching French and Spanish to KS3 and KS4.
- An enthusiasm for teaching and learning, combined with a commitment to professional development and collaboration.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and parents.
