Job Title: Procurement Manager (Indirects)

Location: Derby/Hybrid

Salary & Package: £45,000 - £50,000 + bonus + free travel + additional benefits

Sea Global is partnering with a well-recognised and global powerhouse at the forefront of their industry, undergoing an exciting period of growth. They are seeking procurement professionals with experience across indirect categories such as Catering, FM, Cleaning, Security, Staff Uniforms, Marketing, and Professional Services.

This role offers an amazing opportunity to get involved with a leading company, working on exciting projects and contributing to a strong team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report into and work closely with the Senior Category Manager and wider Category team
  • End-to-end category management, including leading tenders, sourcing, and supplier management
  • Develop and implement strategic category strategies across designated categories
  • Create contractual agreements with suppliers, ensuring they are fit for purpose and deliver commerciality to the business
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, advising on best practice for obtaining best value for money

Requirements:

  • Experience within indirect categories would be highly valuable for this role
  • Ideal experience working within a regulated environment and exposure to Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR) or Public Contract Regulations (PCR)
  • Experience within end-to-end procurement or category management
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating excellent supplier management skills
