About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electronics Design Engineer to join our Research and Development team at Premier Group Recruitment. As an Electronics Design Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing electronic systems and products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop electronic systems and products using system level design principles
  • Implement and test electronic systems and products using Altium Designer, KiCAD, or similar ECAD packages
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies
  • Conduct research and development to improve existing products and technologies
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and specifications
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering or higher
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in electronics design and development
  • Experience with Altium Designer, KiCAD, or similar ECAD packages
  • Strong understanding of electronic circuit design, PCB design, and schematic capture
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Desirable Skills
  • Mechanical design and development experience using Solidworks or similar
  • Metrology experience
  • Knowledge of motor types and their control
  • Understanding of product safety and regulatory requirements
