The RoleYou will be working in the Learning Centre, supporting students and staff in all aspects of the use of the Learning Centres. Your responsibilities will include providing study skills and information retrieval skills support, as well as accessibility technology support. You will also be responsible for developing and delivering study skills sessions, both one-to-one and in groups, and for contributing to the development of e-learning strategies and resources.

- Promote the Learning Centre service with students and staff
- Identify and respond to curriculum needs
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience of working in a library environment or a similar learning support role. You will also need to have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as the ability to effectively motivate and inspire others. Additionally, you will need to have strong digital skills, sound administration skills, and preferably experience of using Library Management Systems.
