The Research Associate will play a key role in supporting the GM Digital Research Unit in delivering high-profile research projects. The post holder will work closely with the Project Managers to ensure the day-to-day operation of research projects runs smoothly. This will involve prioritizing tasks, managing workloads, and contributing to the design and implementation of digital mental health research projects.
Main Duties- Contribute to the development and implementation of research projects, including grant applications and submissions.
- Assist in the collection and management of data, including quantitative and qualitative analysis.
- Conduct focus groups and digital co-design workshops with participants.
- Contribute to Public Patient Involvement and Engagement (PPIE) activities, including the Youth Connection Young People's Advisory Group.
- Support the Lead and team members on other relevant research/administrative activities as required.

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a good Honours Degree in Psychology (2:1 or above) and a Master's Degree or equivalent experience. They will also have excellent communication skills, the ability to form effective working relationships, and experience of digital mental health research.
