Mixology Expert

We are seeking a skilled Cocktail Bartender to join our team at Malmaison. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert knowledge of our extensive cocktail menu.

• Prepare and serve a wide range of cocktails to a high standard
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Develop and maintain knowledge of our cocktail menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
• Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

We offer a competitive rate of pay, up to £13.50 per hour, including TRONC. We also offer a range of benefits, including nationally recognized apprenticeships and detailed brand training. We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need people to work a range of shifts and days. This means we can offer great flexibility if required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
