Parts Advisor Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Parts Advisor to join our client's team at a well-established Automotive Franchised Dealer in the Weymouth area.

About the Role

As a Parts Advisor, you will play a vital role in the success of the business, supplying both Trade and Retail Customers with parts. You will be required to serve on both the Front and Back counters, serving both Retail customers and the workshop.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service to Trade and Retail customers
  • Use Motor Trade Parts Systems to efficiently manage parts inventory and orders
  • Work collaboratively with the workshop team to ensure timely delivery of parts
  • Maintain accurate records of parts inventory and sales
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience as a Parts Advisor in a busy Parts Department
  • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with Trade Customers and the General Public
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently
