Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Finance Administrator to join our team at Osborn Executive Recruitment. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes, from purchasing to invoicing, in line with company policy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor accounting processes, including purchasing, invoicing, and payment processing.
- Coordinate and assist the team with closing down POs no longer required.
- Assist in the preparation of service charge budget templates and ensure timely completion.
- Raise authorization forms for annual contracted supplier services.
- Register work orders on the system, ensuring accurate apportionment splits and expense breakdown.
- Provide monthly reports to senior management on open work orders.
- Assist in the review of service charge expenditure and ensure adequate variance analysis.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly service charge budget reports, including accruals and prepayments.
Requirements:
- Strong accounting and administrative skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
