About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our bank team at Priory Lakeside View.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality patient care and support in a therapeutic environment.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve treatment goals and promote recovery.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to enhance skills and knowledge.
  • Support patients in achieving their recovery goals and promoting independence.
Requirements
  • Valid NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Learning Disability Nurse (RNLD).
  • 12 months post-qualification experience in mental health services.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shift patterns, including long days and nights.
  • Knowledge of NMC standards, guidelines, and professional practices.

Priory Lakeside View is a 28-bedded hospital in Willenhall, providing a range of mental health services to adults. Our aim is to provide a person-centered approach and therapeutic environment, promoting collaborative care planning and optimizing treatment goals.
