Job Title: Senior CDM Advisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CDM Advisor to join our client's Leicester office. As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive CDM advisory services to clients within the built environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver a range of health and safety services to a diverse client portfolio.
  • Ensure all project sites are CDM compliant, with up-to-date and accurate documentation.
  • Conduct investigations into accidents, incidents, fires, and dangerous occurrences.
  • Prepare Pre-Construction Information, Construction Phase Plans, and Health & Safety Files.
  • Demonstrate strong knowledge of H&S and CDM legislation.
  • Perform site safety inspections and audits.

Requirements:

  • NEBOSH Construction Certificate (minimum requirement).
  • Membership in IOSH.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  • Valid UK driving license.
