About the Role:

We're looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our care team and ensure that our residents receive the highest standard of care. As a Home Care Leader, you'll be responsible for managing a team of care staff, developing care plans, and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the smooth running of our care home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to residents
  • Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of residents
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery
  • Contribute to the development of care policies and procedures

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a care leadership role
  • Strong leadership and management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A passion for delivering high-quality care and support
  • Relevant qualifications, such as NVQ 5 in Leadership and Management
