About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and results-driven Lettings Negotiator to join our dynamic residential Lettings team at Shipways Estate Agents in Kidderminster.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and book valuations for properties
  • Conduct property viewings and negotiate agreements
  • Agree lets and progress lets through to exchange and completion

What We Offer:

Competitive OTE of £25,000 - £30,000 with uncapped commission, clear career progression, industry-leading training and development, opportunities to compete for top achievers awards, company car or car allowance (depending on experience), and a comprehensive benefits package.
