Maintenance Craftsman

About the Role

Parkside Recruitment is seeking a skilled Maintenance Craftsman with a strong emphasis on carpentry to join their client's team. This role involves working at various sites across London, Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform carpentry tasks, including lock repairs, door closers, kitchen unit repairs, flooring and fence timber repairs, installations and refits.
• Carry out reactive and planned preventative maintenance work.
• Conduct fault-finding and leak investigations.
• Manage and oversee larger projects.
• Provide excellent customer service and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is £32,500 per annum, negotiable based on skills and experience. The company offers a company van and iPhone to all field-based engineers.
