About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Field Service Engineer to join our team at Interaction Recruitment. As a Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining, servicing, fault finding, and repairing a range of vertical access equipment, including hoists, lifts, and rack & pinion systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and service vertical access equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Conduct fault finding and repair work on a range of electrical and mechanical systems
  • Inspect and commission on-site machinery and systems
  • Represent the organization in a professional and well-presented manner
  • Follow client processes and procedures, identifying opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Keep line management up to date with workload and progress
Requirements
  • Electrically and mechanically competent with a good working knowledge of electrical systems
  • Qualifications relative to electrical/mechanical engineering, such as NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, or HND
  • Full UK driving license and valid passport
  • Previous experience working as a Lift Engineer, Traction Engineer, Electrical or Mechanical Engineer, Offshore Engineer, or Qualified Electrician
