Key ResponsibilitiesSales Activity & Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the healthcare sector.

- Adhere to our Key Processes and QMS guidelines to ensure high-quality recruitment services.
- Maintain high standards in written and verbal communication with clients and candidates.
- Conduct thorough candidate vetting, including ID checks, qualification verification, and reference checking.
- Maintain and effectively use our CRM system to manage recruitment activity and client relationships.
- Assist in staff recruitment, selection, and mentoring to ensure a skilled and motivated team.
- Update and maintain records in compliance with legislative requirements and company policies.
Person Specification
Essential
- 1 year's recruitment consultancy experience in the last 5 years or 2 years direct sales experience in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Word and Outlook.
- Outstanding communication and influencing skills to build strong relationships with clients and candidates.
- Strong analytical approach and commercial awareness to identify sales opportunities and improve services.
- Organized with the ability to deliver results and solve problems in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Full clean driving license or access to transport for travel to client sites.
Desirable
- 2 years' recruitment consultancy experience in healthcare or 3 years direct sales experience in the last 5 years.
- Experience with recruitment databases to manage candidate and client information.
- Background as a medical or healthcare professional to bring industry expertise to the role.
- Professional accreditation (ERF) to demonstrate expertise and commitment to the recruitment industry.
- Registered nurse or healthcare professional to bring a unique perspective to the role.
