**Job Summary**

We are seeking a skilled Asset Maintenance Technician to join our team at Unite Students. As an Asset Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out repairs and maintenance tasks to ensure the delivery of safe, warm, and working homes to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carrying out electrical, plumbing, painting, and decorating tasks
  • Performing masonry repairs and grounds work
  • Ensuring adherence to Health and Safety legislation and maintaining a safe working environment
  • Accountable for the quality of maintenance and repair work delivered
  • Completing digital job tickets and raising follow-on works orders as necessary

Requirements:

  • Minimum of entry-level skills in construction to deliver general duties and minor repairs
  • Desirable: relevant construction and facilities management qualifications
  • Relevant post-experience
  • Ability to offer flexibility in working hours and participate in the on-call rota
