Senior Associate Solicitor Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Associate Solicitor to join our Commercial Litigation department in Bishops Stortford, Hertfordshire.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and ambitious solicitor to take on a senior role within our team. As a Senior Associate Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients, maintaining the highest standards of professional expertise and client care at all times.

Main Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and effective legal advice and assistance to clients
  • Represent clients in complex transactions and disputes
  • Develop and critically evaluate options to overcome dilemmas and problematic solutions
  • Deal with complex transactions intuitively and with ease
  • Liaise with client care regarding complaints and take responsibility when required
  • Have overall responsibility for managing debt and debtors for own matters
  • Mentor and support Associates with their financial targets
  • Contribute to the marketing plans for the Department
  • Build good working relationships with external institutions and organisations
Requirements
  • Minimum of 5 years' PQE
  • Experience of general Dispute Resolution/Commercial Litigation work
  • Ability to draft and review legal documents which accurately reflect the client's instructions
  • Ability to develop client relationships and identify areas for expansion of work
  • Ability to work under own initiative, anticipate challenges and deal with them proactively
