Resourcing Specialist Opportunity

Oakleaf Partnership is representing a global law firm to recruit for a Resourcing Specialist to support the managers for both legal and support roles.

About the Role

The Resourcing Specialist will be responsible for:

  • Managing the full recruitment cycle for legal practices and business teams, focusing on paralegal positions.
  • Developing and implementing innovative candidate attraction strategies, including talent pools and direct sourcing.
  • Cultivating and managing talent pipelines aligned with the firm's strategic goals.
  • Reviewing and improving the performance of recruitment agencies.
  • Providing insightful recruitment reports and market intelligence to stakeholders.
  • Staying up-to-date with evolving talent acquisition landscapes and adapting strategies accordingly.
  • Managing resourcing projects, particularly those focused on innovation.
  • Utilizing online applicant tracking systems, preferably Infinite Brassring.
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve diversity and inclusion in recruitment.
