Job Summary
Ruskin Mill Trust is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tutor to join our team in Nailsworth, Gloucestershire. As a Tutor - Food Enterprise Specialist, you will be responsible for leading student sessions focused on transforming horticultural produce into a range of products for sale in the farm shop or use in college kitchens.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver sessions to small groups of students, tailoring content to individual learning needs and requirements.
- Embed communication, word, and number skills into all sessions with students.
- Participate in ongoing assessment of students' learning needs and make reasonable adjustments to minimize barriers to learning and achievement.
Requirements
- Hold or be working towards relevant teaching qualifications.
- Knowledge of specialist education and experience working with learners with learning difficulties and/or learning disabilities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, with a reliable and conscientious approach to work.
