At Park Plaza Westminster Bridge London, we are seeking a skilled Housekeeping Trainer to join our team. As a Housekeeping Trainer, you will play a vital role in guiding new starters through the fundamental steps of services for Housekeeping, ensuring an efficient operation on the shift, and empowering the team to be more involved in the guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of Housekeeping team members.
  • Conduct regular room inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and quality.
  • Collaborate with the Housekeeping team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the guest experience.
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with team members to promote a positive and productive work environment.
