About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Programme Manager to join our team in Fleet. As a key member of our global team, you will be responsible for leading projects and providing best practice project management to ensure successful implementations and support to our clients' customers.

You will have experience in delivering projects through various methodologies, including Waterfall and Agile. A customer-centric approach, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail are essential for this role.

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Project Manager to contribute to our success. You will work closely with our clients and stakeholders to develop and maintain strong relationships.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £80,000 - £120,000 per annum, along with a comprehensive benefits package, including a bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects and deliver software solutions and products to end customers
  • Manage multiple projects in parallel and large programmes
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Provide regular progress updates and reports to senior management

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
