Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to join our team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and maximizing store profitability, while providing industry-leading service on the high street.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Maintain customer retention by providing first-class service. Deal with inquiries and complaints, and resolve issues in a timely manner. Drive consistency within your internal teams to achieve the highest service levels.
- Sales: Ensure that targets are achieved and, where possible, exceeded. Analyze Oracle reports to assist in making key sales decisions. Manage in-store devices to capitalize on a wider range of products.
- Visual Merchandising: Follow a weekly brief to ensure that visual standards are maintained. Attract, engage, and motivate customers into making purchases in-store by using the latest visual techniques.
- Training & Development: Develop existing team members and encourage progression within the company. Hold regular training meetings within the store to ensure that the team maintains high standards.
- Retail management experience would be advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- IT skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
