We are seeking a skilled Copyright Analyst to join our team in the UK Copyright Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting our MENA Affiliate Office and other emerging market affiliate offices. Your primary focus will be on copyright and registration queries, song delivery data preparation, and monitoring tempo song setup and registration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Senior Global Admin Copyright Analyst in supporting the MENA Affiliate Office and other emerging market affiliate offices.
  • Handle copyright and registration queries, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Prepare song delivery data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Monitor and verify tempo song setup and registration, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
  • Conduct research and verification on song, writer, and publisher information.
  • Verify agreement setup and handle ad-hoc royalty accounting and analysis tasks.

Requirements

  • Excellent keyboard, Excel, and office skills.
  • Good numeracy skills and general data literacy skills.
  • Proficient in Office 365, including Outlook, Word, Teams, and SharePoint.
  • Experience working with large and complex data sets.
  • Experience using data storage, preparation, and visualization tools such as Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio, Altair Data Prep Studio, Microsoft Power BI, and Tableau.
