About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at Active Care Group. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live independently in their own homes.

Main Responsibilities:

* Provide personal care and support to clients with spinal cord injuries or complex physical disabilities
* Assist with daily living tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Support clients with mobility and transfer needs
* Utilize driving skills to support clients' active lifestyles
* Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with clients, families, and colleagues

Requirements:

* Full UK driving license
* Enhanced DBS check
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility and reliability to meet the needs of clients
