Key Responsibilities:

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Creating and implementing personalized care plans tailored to each resident's unique needs.
  • BUILDING POSITIVE RELATIONSHIPS WITH RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH OPEN COMMUNICATION AND EMOTIONAL SUPPORT.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure high-quality care and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
  • PARTICIPATING IN TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT OPPORTUNITIES TO ENHANCE YOUR SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE IN CHILDREN'S RESIDENTIAL CARE.


Salary and Benefits:

A competitive salary range of £25,772 - £37,945 per annum will be offered, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition, a generous relocation package will be available for eligible candidates, and a recruitment and retention bonus of £1000 will be paid upon successful completion of the first year. Benefits include a defined benefit pension scheme, annual leave entitlement, and access to a wide range of discounts through our employee benefits scheme.
