**Job Description:**
Owen, the UK's leading luxury automotive dealer group, is seeking an experienced Ferrari Advisor to join their team at Ferrari London. As a key member of the Service Department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and contributing to the department's success.

The successful candidate will have previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry and be able to effectively communicate with customers to understand their requirements. You will also be responsible for promoting accurate and productive workshop throughputs, helping to meet financial and non-financial targets, and maintaining the customer contact system. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook) is essential in this role.

A competitive salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum, plus benefits, is on offer. The company values its employees and provides regular training activities to support their development and growth.

**Key Requirements:**
* Previous experience as a Service Advisor within the Motor Industry
