Job Title: Senior Social Media Marketing Manager

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and creative Paid Social Executive to join our team in London. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid social media campaigns across our subscription portfolio, including titles such as Country Life, Ideal Home, Decanter, FourFourTwo, Golf Monthly, Woman & Home, and Horse & Hound.

Your primary focus will be on driving reporting and data-driven insights to optimize performance, working towards CPA targets. You will work closely with our creative and brand teams to evolve messaging, constantly testing, evaluating, and improving.

As a hybrid role, you will split your time between our London office and remote work. When we hit our targets, you will enjoy a share of our profits through a bonus scheme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute paid social media campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, and emerging social media sites.
  • Collaborate with the creative and brand teams to evolve messaging, ensuring consistent branding across all platforms.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools, identifying areas for improvement and optimizing spend accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in paid social media marketing.
Requirements
  • Demonstrable experience in paid social media marketing, preferably in a similar role.
  • Proficiency in media buying platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.
  • Excellent data analysis and problem-solving skills.
  • Capability of identifying and acting on data trends.
  • Skilled in copywriting and content curation.
