Job Description:
Treatwell is seeking a Strategic Finance Partner to partner closely with the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Regional Director, and Director of Treatwell Store. This high-impact role will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing Commercial Finance Manager. You will leverage your unique financial acumen to drive business performance and ensure the success of strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Business Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to provide insightful analysis, facilitate discussions, and ensure decisions are grounded in solid financial rationale.
  2. Risk Management: Identify risks and opportunities, partner with teams to develop strategies to mitigate risk, and hold teams accountable.
  3. Financial Planning: Lead key planning and forecasting processes, aligning with business partners on challenging yet realistic targets, tracking progress with forward-looking guidance.

Requirements:
  • Qualified ACA/ACCA/CIMA (or equivalent) with core financial skills; ability to provide guidance to the business to increase its investments and make sound financial and data-driven decisions.
  • 6+ years experience with increasing levels of responsibility through Commercial Finance, FP&A and/or business strategy functions.
  • Proven successful experience in strategic leadership roles within Marketplace, e-commerce or SaaS.
  • Exceptional communication skills, ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders.

About the Role:
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.
